Joy Event har sedan starten september 2009 strategiskt jobbat med att sälja in jakt som en*hälsoupplevelse*genom att addera mjuka värden in i jakten. För mig själv betyder jakt hälsa och jag vill genom mitt koncept sprida detta budskap till andra.

Jag är utbildad auktoriserad jaktguide via NJA (Norrlands Jakt Arrangörer) och har mångårig erfarenhet av jakt i olika former. Min främsta jaktkunskap är jakt med stående fågelhund. Jag har tre settrar som heter Luna, Minerva och Wixen och en pointer som heter Frida. Jag samarbetar med andra hundförare under högsäsong som guidar tillsammans med mig. Guiderna jag anlitar för mina jakter är profesionella, glada och jaktbitna tjejer och killar som alla har olika hundraser för ändamålet vilket gör att Ni även kan få jaga över bland annat vorsteh, pointer och breton.\
Förutom rena jaktarrangemang erbjuder jag spännade kombinationer till jakten där hälsa är temat. Exempel på detta är Jakt och Yoga och Jakt och Spa. I vissa kombinationsarrangemang samarbetar jag med olika aktörer för ändamålet.

Welcome to our yoga- wine and hiking weekends in Ljungdalen. No prior knowledge needed! 

We stay together at guest house Helags with full board, enjoying yoga and mindfulness before breakfast. We hike in beautiful mountain nature where we pick herbs for nature spa with Sami rituals in nature and enjoy good quality wines in wine tasting with wine knowledge during the weekend. A lecture on nature and health is included, as well as tea tasting with medicinal herbs.

We repeat this year's cozy wine migration in Storlien but choose to invite to this in June instead of May as there may be some snow left in May. Experience the magic of the summer mountains and bright nights at a winery where enjoyment, well-being and nature go hand in hand. Come along to Storlien and let the freshness of the mountains, trodden paths and expansive views embrace you. Here we combine light hiking with relaxing nature spa, Sami purification rituals and taste experiences in the form of carefully selected wines and local delicacies. Start the day with gentle mindfulness, let yourself be inspired by the healing power of the mountains and enjoy the bright summer night during the evening midnight hike.

Together with other like-minded wine lovers, we will enjoy the early summer mountains and the bright night. We stay in single or double rooms at Storlien's Högfjällshotell with full board. If you wish, you can engage in light yoga and mindfulness before lunch on Saturday and before breakfast on Sunday, no prior knowledge required. We hike in beautiful mountain nature on trails near the hotel where we pick spring plants for nature spa with Sami-inspired rituals and enjoy good quality wines in wine tasting both on the mountain and during meals in the restaurant. A lecture on nature and health is included, as well as tea tasting with medicinal herbs.

Setup:\
We gather at Storlien's Högfjällshotell on Saturday, where we are welcomed by Katta Jansson, who is the hotel manager at this historic hotel. Before lunch we get to know the exciting history of the hotel before you get an introduction to the program for the weekend by Evelina. You will also get to know Evelina's exciting facts about nature and health. Before lunch you are offered the first midfulness pass of the weekend which we have outside on the sun deck if the weather permits, otherwise up in the main hall with wonderful views of the mountain world.

After a pleasant moment of yoga and tea tasting we go downstairs and have a lovely lunch and have the first wine tasting of the day (3 wines) and an immersion in the subject of wines with Maud, M\ `s Winery.

After lunch, we start our walk directly from the hotel. We walk Blomsterstigen up to the top, an easy walk of about 3 km along this beautiful trail with a long history of health in focus... We let this walk become a nature walk with elements of nature spa; Evelina guides you and we talk about what we see and experience of scent, emotions, auditory and visual impressions of being in nature. Along the way, Maud also tells us about the edible plants we have around us. We pick what we can see of the spring mountain plants and herbs to use for a Sami-inspired ritual and for dinner later in the evening.

Along the way, we also get to know the history behind all these benches that are placed along the path. Once at the top, we get to taste the fourth wine of the day with some snacks. After wine and a nice break we wander down to the hotel and spend time on our own until the evening dinner tasting three wines. At 22 in the evening we get ready for the highlight of the day; the midnight hike, an easy hike of max 2-3 km. We enjoy the last wine tasting of the day out on the mountain and eat our traditional wine in the background of the bright early summer night... if we are lucky we will also get to see the sunset. We are back at the hotel about 02.00 and crawl to bed.

Sunday

On Sunday morning we round off our weekend together with yoga and breakfast. After that, it's time to go home.

Lodging:\
We are staying in a double room at the hotel in Storlien. In the hotel there are showers in the corridor, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant and bar. Single room is available for an extra charge, 500 SEK. If you have a dog, you are more than welcome to bring it this weekend, however we have a limited number of places, max 6.

The food at the hotel:\
The restaurant of the hotel is famous for its food. They serve locally produced, homemade and homemade products are the focus, and they use local meat and fish products as far as possible. \
The food is rustic, cooked from scratch and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very homely.

Ms. Winery: Wine tasting with quality wines from Ms. Winery AB, Northern Italy, Piedmonte/Valpolicella, Spain and France/Champagne District\

Famiglia Olivini is a reputable winery in Italy that has long been a favourite of Maud's, who has been buying their wines for quite some time. The winery is known for its passion for artisanal winemaking and its quality wines that reflect the local tradition and terroir. Here we will sample their wines and get a guided tour that gives an insight into their winemaking and history.

Villa Calicantus is located in Bardolino, a few km from the centre of Bardolino in a location with a fantastic view of Lake Garda, which makes the visit extra special. The beautiful nature around is also ideal for hiking, where one can enjoy both fresh air and spectacular panoramas of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It is an ideal combination of wine experience and outdoor recreation.

Il Calipino is a charming winery located near Bergamo in Italy, about 1 hour from Bardolino by bus/car. It is known for its traditional Italian wine production with a focus on quality and local grape varieties. The winery combines classic methods with modern technology to create elegant and flavorful wines, characterized by the region's unique terroir. One of the days we will have lunch with them, where we will also get to enjoy a wine tasting in their beautiful setting overlooking the surrounding hills.

Are you a girl and a hunter and want a hefty physical challenge? Do you like all winter weather and have good fitness and skiing habits? Then this is something for you! Bring your friends and join us on this hunt, a great opportunity to try your hand at winter grouse hunting! We ski out in the frozen landscape in search of the white grouse. We hunt with parlor rifles and/or shotguns as well as using a good hand binoculars and using the dogs as far as possible. We hunt on private land and live in single rooms with full board at [Pensionat Helags](https://pensionathelags.se/)i Ljungdalsbyn. If you have your own pet dog, you are welcome to bring it.

Joy Event in collaboration with Hundskolan Vision, Mattias Westerlund welcomes you again to a training weekend in Ljungdalen 20-22 March 2026! Our 7th course!

Join us on an effective and very rewarding course where dogs and handlers train together in the right environment — on the mountain. Mattias Westerlund has many years of experience working professionally as a trainer and instructor and is often hired to give courses and lectures at fairs around the country.

We walk on easily accessible private land on the mountain when we train. When we have theory and dressage sessions during Friday, we stay down in Ljungdalsbyn.

Joy Event welcomes you to a couple of training days at Edefjället, Torröedt on private land. This is suitable for those of you who have some prior knowledge of bird dog dressage and basic obedience to your dog. Fredrik Ekedahl will be your groundskeeper these days and also give you some tips and advice if you need it.

Bird dog training on the mountain, 2 days

Here you can stay up to 2-12 people. The house is located on a farm in the middle of the village with about 10 minutes walking distance to the store. There are 10 beds distributed in 5 rooms, kitchen with real stove and oven, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The house has a long, fine history as it is built on the oldest farm in the village. The house was rebuilt in the 80s and some parts were renovated in 2008. The house has a simple standard but functional and practical as it accommodates many. It is possible to drive a car right up to the house. Starting cost for the house is for at least two people (425 SEK\ *2 = 950 SEK). In addition to two people, it costs 425 SEK extra/person/night.
